Original Shortbread €3.25 When we set out making biscuits, it was on the premise that because Ireland produces the best butter in the world, by natural extension we could also produce the best shortbread! Well, we think it’s fairly good anyway and that’s why we have it during our own tea breaks each day! Our shortbread has a dense texture, crumbly and not too sweet. It goes well with tea, hot chocolate and even milk and is packaged in a visually attractive box to ensure it creates an interest all on its own. And it gets better when you do decide to open the box! €3.25 Ingredients:

Cranberry & Almond €3.25 We knew it’d be hard to improve on shortbread but we had to try! So we take our shortbread recipe and add a quality natural almond extract, some North American dried cranberries and crunchy almond flakes to give the traditional biscuit a contemporary twist. While you know shortbread is sinfully good, you can take comfort in the real goodness of cranberries and almonds in this variety! €3.25 Ingredients:

We go the extra mile by freshly roasting the hazelnuts beforehand, using Belgian chocolate chips, stone ground local oatmeal, fresh eggs and butter and a nice splash of bourbon vanilla to finish! Carrigaline Natural Farmhouse Cheese Biscuit €3.95 Pat and Ann O’Farrell produce award winning cheeses in Carrigaline, outside Cork city and in 2008 asked us to produce a range of cheese biscuits using their creamy soft farmhouse variety. Carrigaline Chilli Cheese Biscuit €3.95 We thought that the whole cheese biscuit market needed a bit of spice and with this variety, you’ve got it! And no matter where we take it for tastings, at food fairs, farmers markets, hotel functions – this one turns into a real crowd pleaser. The chilli component comes from a local spice blending producer in West Cork and we’ve tried to get the intensity level right so that even hardened chilli devotees are satisfied also. We love this biscuit with a creamy soft cheese such as Carrigaline along with a sweet pepper relish or chutney. A good chianti wouldn’t go amiss also! €3.95 Ingredients:
